All purchases are final sales. If art is recieved damaged upon arrival the customer will receieve a full refund with the otpion to replace with a painting of equal value. Art is packaged and shipped with insurance , however, instransit accidents happen most often with larger works. This is why I prefer to ship large canvas paintings rolled in a tube to your local frame shop and have them stretched and framed near you. The process is safer, easier, and less expensive.
