All purchases are final sales. If art is received damaged upon arrival, the customer will receive a full refund with the option to replace it with a painting of equal value. Art is packaged and shipped with insurance; however, in-transit accidents happen most often with larger works. This is why I prefer to ship large canvas paintings rolled in a tube to your local frame shop for stretching and framing near you. The process is safer, easier, and less expensive.
