Falling Into Place

NEWS FROM THE STUDIO

It's officially my favorite time of year! The colors, the temperature, everything about Fall makes me feel absolutely and totally at complete. I can't really put my finger on all of the reasons, but that's why I'm a painter, isn't it.

Last month I made some adjustments to my website in preparation for some bigger changes and to keep things moving in the direction I've been envisioning for some time. I've continued those website changes (check it out) with help from my new art management, Curator and Co. Mattie is the biggest shift I've made and the newest addition to my amazing team of people working behind the scenes to make things happen. She has come along at the perfect time, so far we've booked a solo show for me next summer.... details to come later, and that's just the beginning.

Most of this month I'll be focusing on designing a mural wrap for a series of recycle bins for the town of Frisco in Summit County CO. It will be several bright, abstract floral designs, spread across the entire town. I loved my years in Colorado and am so happy to share more of my art with the community.

After what felt like a Spring and Summer filled with mostly logistical house themed to-do's, I'm really happy to be back on schedule of creative art making and show planning!

As always, thanks for following along!

Cheers,

Elisa

We got one last family ranch visit in before the winter comes! Jake, Cy, Huckleberry and I all went down for a long weekend to our family ranch near Bryce Canyon and enjoyed the cool weather, quiet river, and serene mountains. It is incredible that we are allowed to enjoy nature alone like this and I will never take it for granted. We all get to let loose, unwind, and run free, which is so important for each and everyone of us.
